Miralee Ferrell is an award-winning, best-selling author of 27 books. Her novel, Runaway Romance, released in January 2018 on UP TV, and subsequently on Hallmark on Demand, and four other books have also aired as movies.
She’s the owner and founder of Mountain Brook Ink, a traditional publisher with over 120 titles, a large number being award-winners. She lives in the Pacific N.W. with her husband, two cats, and two very spoiled little dogs. Miralee loves horseback riding and hiking with her married daughter.

Acquisitions Interests: adult fiction and nonfiction written from a Christian worldview, faith-based, from authors who have not only invested in writing great books but also studying what it takes to connect with potential readers and reach their audience. I appreciate authors who understand where their book fits in the current publishing and cultural climate. Always looking for books (fiction and nonfiction) that take a fresh approach to timeless reader needs.
Not currently acquiring: memoirs or personal stories of extreme abuse and hardship unless written in a reader-centric way. Not currently acquiring fantasy, speculative, paranormal, sci fi as the publishing slots for those projects are so limited. Not acquiring poetry.
