  • Renewal conference faculty and staff members will receive from the conference director the special code required for this option. Meals are included with registration.

  • Friday’s registration fee includes all general sessions, an editor/agent appointment (if requested in advance), critique opportunities, tech mentoring, workshops, evening banquet, author signing, and dessert reception.

Meals included with your registration: Friday banquet dinner, dessert reception; snacks and beverages all day; Saturday lunch; snacks and beverages all day. Snacks and coffee will be available early each morning, as well.

If you require a heartier breakfast, you may want to eat at your hotel (the Fairfield Inn offers a free breakfast buffet) or at one of the restaurants close to the conference venue, Westminster Chapel. We will do our best to provide a few gluten-free and other options for those with special dietary needs, but if you have a serious condition, please consider bringing your own items to supplement what we can offer. Thank you!
