Conference Book Tables
NCWA’s Renewal Conference is coming up and we are including book tables for authors on both May 19th and 20th. Renting a book table can provide you with a wonderful opportunity to promote your books and support the conference. Use the button below to register for the conference and choose a package. This event will be held at Venture Church, Mill Creek, WA 98012.

Details
Qualifications for a Book Table
- Two-Day Package must be registered for the conference
- Book content agrees with NCWA’s Statement of Faith.
- The author must be registered as a business with the Department of State Licensing.
Responsibilities
- NCWA provides a table and 2 chairs for display purposes.
- Author provides everything for the display and sale of their books.
- Author is responsible for paying their own sales tax.
- Author is responsible to provide staffing for your table.
The schedule of open times for authors will be coordinated with the main conference schedule.
Doors will be open around 8:00 a.m. Friday the 19th to set things up. Closing around 8pm on Saturday after the final speaker. You will be provided with either one full or half of an uncovered table and two chairs. You will be responsible to provide staffing for your table during the conference. We are not able to provide complete security. The author will be responsible for all that is left out on the table when no one is present. The building will be locked and secure when the conference is not in session.
